That certain Condominium Parcel composes of Unit No. 122, CIEGA VERDE, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 81, Page(s) 120, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5916, Page(s) 349, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto; together with any interest in Parking Space #8 and Boat Dock #14.
