NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015213 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Fannie Mae (“Federal National Mortgage Association”), Plaintiff and Mary V. Scannell, an Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of Robert J. Scannell , Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on April 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 334, VETERAN NOW GULFPORT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
