NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-000512-CO , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and H. JOHN AMIRI and JANET AMIRI are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 20, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Parcel consisting of Condominium Unit G, Building 5, THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 87, Pages 41 through 48, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. 6084, Page 683, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
