and on April 18, 2012, at 7347 80th Avenue North, Lot 82, Pinellas Park, Pinellas County, Florida 33781, at the hour of 9:30 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid personal property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord.
