NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 12, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 006585 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL A. KRYWKO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL A. KRYWKO; SPANISH POINT HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NATIONAL BANK OF KANSAS CITY; MANATEE PAINTING CONTRACTORS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on APRIL 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK F, SPANISH POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 17 THROUGH 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
