NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000426 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Christopher L. Medders are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 30-C, SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 590, PAGE 319 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1460, PAGE 7272, AS AMENDED AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 68 AND 69, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
