NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-010763 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Mark M. Throckmorton are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT “F”, BUILDING 26, CORDOVA VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1037, PAGES 2069 THROUGH 2140 AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 150 THROUGH 168 AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
