NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 14, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000531 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and Russell J. Maranzano and Pamela L. Maranzano, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on April 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2303, PHASE II, BAY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2196, PAGE 2120, AND ALL EXHIBITS THERETO, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AMENDMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2219, PAGE 3920, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 36, PAGE 195, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE P-31 AND STORAGE SPACE S-31, SAID SPACE HAVING BEEN ASSIGNED TO GRANTEE ON THIS DATE AND BEING HEREBY DECLARED TO BE A LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT AND APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT WHICH SHALL HEREINAFTER PASS AS AN APPURTENANCE THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 8 OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
