COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff and HERBERT A. GREENE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., Acting Solely as Nominee for COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM, INC, SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., JON DOES n/k/a BRIAN FLOWERS and JANE DOE n/k/a REBECCA HOLLY are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 6216, UNIT 201, OF SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1688, PAGE(S) 6320 THROUGH 6465, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 43 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN SUCH DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
