NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000734, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARTA DE LA TORRE A/K/A MARTA B. DE LA TORRE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 13th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

The South 100 feet of the following described property: From the 1/4 Section line between the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 25, measure North along East side of Central Ave. a distance of 813 feet; thence East 107 1/2 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North to the Manatee River; thence East 107 1/2 more or less, to Glazier St.; thence South along West side of Glazier St. to the North side of property of George F. Young and wife, being a point due East of point of beginning; thence along the North side of the Young property 107 1/2 feet, more or less to a Point of Beginning, Together with all filled in land and all riparian rights thereunto belonging, save and except a strip of land adjoining the sea wall across the front of this property 60 feet wide deeded to City of Manatee, Lying and being in Section 25, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
