NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-003269 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM ANDREWS A/K/A WILLIAM H. ANDREWS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 9th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 7, LESS THE SOUTH 35.50 FEET; ALL OF LOT 8, AND THE SOUTH 5.50 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK F, FAIRMONT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
