NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 19th day of June 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 2-101, CYPRESS STRAND CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1839, Pages 6287 through 6399 and as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in the Declaration.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
