NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010751 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2006-5 Trust, Plaintiff and Roxanna L. Clay are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on April 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 41, HOLIDAY HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
