NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001080, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and SONIA DAVILA; LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SONIA DAVILA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 17th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101, PHASE 1, LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM, AS PER THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1067, PAGE 2203, ET SEQ., AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 91, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING AMENDMENTS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 187 AND RE-AMENDED PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
