NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000769, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA MEANEY; ISPC; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE VIRGINIA MEANEY REVOCABLE TRUST, UNDER AGREEMENT DATED JULY 12, 1994; VILLAGE GREEN OF BRADENTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; VIRGINIA MEANEY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE VIRGINIA MEANEY REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 12, 1994; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MANDI MILLER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 17th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 9, VILLAGE GREEN OF BRANDENTON, UNIT F, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
