NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 004501, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JILL SUZANNE BOYD; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; WILDEWOOD SPRINGS II-C CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 17th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 210D, WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, IIC, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 980, PAGE 3796, AND AMENDEMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGE 111, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
