NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-006759 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and OLGA E. FERRUCHO; GERMAN FERRUCHO; THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE VI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIZBETH HANSHAW are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 8th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
