NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-001635 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and MIKE CIPRIANO A/K/A MICHAEL CIPRIANO; GENESIS CIPRIANO; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MILL CREEK ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JULIAN CIPRIANO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 8th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
