NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 003674, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and DORIS J. AUSTIN; ___ AUSTIN, unknown spouse of DORIS J. AUSTIN, if married; ANTOINETTEE AUSTIN; MICHAEL AUSTIN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; BAYSHORE GARDENS HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK C, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION NO.9-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 83 AND 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
