NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2011-CA- 001117 in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that I, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Manatee County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the PALMS SUBDIVISION, 50 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block B, of said Subdivision; running thence South along the West line of said Subdivision to the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block B of said Subdivision; running thence East along the South line of said Lot to the Southeast corner of said Lot 3, Block B of said Subdivision; running thence North along the East line of said Lot 3, Block B of said Subdivision to the Southwest corner of Lot 19, Block B of said Subdivision; running thence East to the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Block E of said Subdivision; running thence North along the East line of said Subdivision to a point on said line 50 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 10, Block E of said Subdivision; running thence West to the Point of Beginning, it being specifically understood that said premises include all lands shown as Palm Avenue on the plat of said Subdivision to the extent that same fall within the afore described premises all as per plat of said Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 11, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, LESS highway right of way for State Road 45 and also LESS lands described in Official Records Book 245, Page 55.

Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
