NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004071ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SON TRANG PHAM; THU TRANG THI NGUYEN; BANKATLANTIC; NORTHWOOD OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 2, THE LAKES AT NORTHWOOD PHASES 3B AND 4B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 109; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
