NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004891WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY A. CURTIS; CACH, LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK; CONSOLIDATED ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS, INC., D/B/A RAYBRO ELECTRIC SUPPLIES, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY A CURTIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 402, LA VILLA GARDENS UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 74 THROUGH 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
