NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-08-CA-2676 ES/J1 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK is the Plaintiff and TERRY LEE SIMS; MICHELE CONNIE SIMS A/K/A MICHELE C. SIMS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; SILVER OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on April 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
