GONZALEZ; ISABEL C. GONZALEZ-RIVERA; TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
