NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 16, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated October 21, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-007613-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3 ASSET BACKED NOTES, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL A. HERNANDEZ, JR AKA MICHAEL HERNANDEZ; KIMBERLY HERNANDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of April, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and across the South 30.00 feet thereof.

The West 30.0 feet of the East 60.0 feet of the South 1427.50 feet of the Northeast 1/4; AND the West 30.0 feet of the East 60.0 feet of the Southeast 1/4 lying North of County Road 41, in Section 7, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, all being subject to an ingress-egress eastment.
