Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Order to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-005067-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and PETER GUIDO; ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 95 OF DODGE CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE (S) 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
