Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order on Motion to Ratify the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and to Reset Sale dated February 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2007-CA-018365 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and NELSON M. LOPEZ, ET AL are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, 800 E. Twiggs St, Tampa, Fl. 2nd floor Rm. 202 on the 13th day of April, 2012 @ 10 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 66, BLOCK A OF SOMERSET TRACT A-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE(S) 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
