NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 13, 2011 and an Order Resetting Sale dated March 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-1406 DIV A UCN: 292011CA001406XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is Plaintiff and GABRIEL L. OSORIO; COMMUNITY TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCE OF AMERICA, INC. N/K/A AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCE SERVICES OF AMERICA, INC.; ANA D. TAPIA; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 am on the 16 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5, BLOCK 20; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 5, FOR A DISTANCE OF 106.26 FEET. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 89 DEGREES 52'30ā€ W, FOR A DISTANCE OF 149.79 FEET, TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE N 00 DEGREES 03'45ā€W, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 7, FOR A DISTANCE OF 60.87 FEET, TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 52'30ā€Eā€, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5, 6 and lot 7, fora distance of 149.86 feet, to a point on the east line of said lot 5; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE SAID EAST LINE, FOR A DISTANCE OF 60.87 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
