Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order to Cancel and Reset Sale dated March 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-010708 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005NC1 was the Plaintiff and VALERIA W. BYNUM, ET AL . are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19 day of April, 2012 @ 2 pm, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 28 IN BLOCK B OF COUNTRYWAY PARCEL B TRACT 7 PHASE 2 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72 PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
