NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-009387 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and VICKIE M. LANE, SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION and RAVENWOOD OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on April 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 61, DESOTO PINES, Unit 1, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 45, 45A and 45B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
