Notice is given that under the Order Scheduling Judicial Sale, entered in this action on the 6 day of March, 2012, the following real property and improvements located thereon (referred to hereafter as the “Property”) shall sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in Room 201/202 on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602, at 10:00 AM on April 20, 2012:
Unit 10552, Building 48, Lake Chase Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 14750, Page 34, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The Property has a mailing address of 10552 White Lake Circle, Tampa, Florida 33626.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
