NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000837-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-5, Plaintiff and Harriet A. Frink are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on April 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 715, FOREST PINES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1698, PAGES 813 THROUGH 848, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 6, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
