NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-019492-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee under SECURITIZATION SERVICING AGREEMENT Dated as of February 1, 2007 Structured Asset Securities Corporation Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BC2, Plaintiff and Randolph S. Beeman are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST; THENCE SOUTH 01° 09' 54” WEST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 26, A DISTANCE OF 2142.65 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88° 15' 01” EAST 1748.44 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 88° 15' 01” WEST 876.06 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00° 19' 22” EAST 248.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE EASTERLY 25 FEET AND THE NORTHERLY 25 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE 50 FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, THE CENTERLINE OF WHICH IS THE HALF SECTION LINE OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, EXTENDING FROM THE NORTH LINE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST-WEST HALF SECTION LINE OF SAID SECTION; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG A COUNTY MAINTAINED GRADED ROAD TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH VERNA RD.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
