NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010706 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and bruce silverberg; sarasota palms condominium association, inc.; sabrina silverberg; unknown tenant (S);in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1112, BUILDING 1 SARASOTA PALMS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT# 2004247151, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 26, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
