Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered on March 15, 2012 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 16, LAKES OF WELLINGTON, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 34, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 1219 Oxbridge Drive, Lutz, FL 33549, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on May 21, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
