TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2PM, on the 18 day of June, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 39, BLOCK 2, BAHIA BEACH TOWNHOMES PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 32-1 THROUGH 32-7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
