NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 024124 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, BRETT MATHERS, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at GEORGE EDGECOMB BLND 800 E. Twiggs St, Tampa, Fl 33602 RM 201/202, at the hour of 2pm, on the 16 day of April, 2012, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 2328, OF VILLA SONOMA AT INTERNATIONAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON O.R. BOOK 14497, PAGE 358 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
