NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-026024 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and LINDA A. SHIRLEY, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 02:00 PM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, the George E. Edgecomb Building located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, Block 1, RIVERCREST PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 99-1 thru 99-17 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

RIVERVIEW, FL 33569-2004
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
