NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-007099(D) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P., is the Plaintiff and JOHN M.SHELTON; JENNIFER R. SHELTON; MORGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NATIONWIDE LENDING CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 2 PM on April 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AND RUN THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 715.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 170.00 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 115.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 145.00 FEET; THENCE EAST 115.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 145.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE NORTH 15.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ALSO THE EAST 30.00 FEET OF THE WEST 745.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 300.00 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 14604 HAYNES ROAD, DOVER, FL 33527.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
