Notice is hereby given that on the 16 day of April, 2012, at 2pm on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 17, CHADBOURNE VILLAGE, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 12, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Civil Case No. 10-015050 Div. B, March 15, 2012 now pending in the Circuit Court in Hillsborough County, Florida.
