NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4 day of May, 2012 at 2:00pm at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd floor, Rooms 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 6, Block 10 Osprey Run Townhomes Phase 1, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 81-1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment and Order Setting Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil No. 2010-CC-034468 pending in the County Court of the thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale must file a claim with the undersigned Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
