THE EAST 150 FEET OF LOT 20 AND THE NORTH 15 FEET OF LOT 20, LESS THE EAST 150 FEET THEREOF, GIBSON'S ALAFIA RIVER ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SECTION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 26, OF THE Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 3010 North Military Trail, Suite 300, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 on or before April 30, 2012 (30 days from Date of First publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
