NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019586 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC. is Plaintiff and JONATHAN WINER; JONATHAN WINER, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE JONATHAN WINER REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT UNDER AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 27,2003; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN WINER; JONATHAN WINER; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 25 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE N.E. CORNER OF LOT 5, PETER HANSEN SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PROBATE BOOK 2, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST 137.00 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EAST 120 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0° 24' WEST, 118.22 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF A 30 FOOT PRIVATE ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 88° 42'41'' WEST ALONG SAID CENTERLINE, 120.03; THENCE NORTH 0° 24' EAST, 121.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
