Notice is hereby given pursuant to a order resetting sale of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012 and entered in Case No: 29-2008-CA-019060 DIV C of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and ROBERT VEGA, ET AL. the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 10:00 A.M. on the 24 day of April, 2012, in Room 201/202, in the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Fl 33602 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 28, BLOCK A OF OAK GROVE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
