NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-013965 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and JASPER HARRIS A/K/A JASPER C. HARRIS; EMMA HARRIS; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; THE HAMMOCKS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A HAMMOCKS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 10 AM on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 39, HAMMOCKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE(S) 45, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 8532 BRUSHLEAF WAY, TAMPA, FL 33647.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
