MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH3, is the Plaintiff and ABEL GARCIA; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE; TENANT #2 N/K/A LIANNA HOGAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 04/20/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
