NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated March 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-015766 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Louise Hamel; Current Tenant(s); National City Bank; and South Gate Community Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 18, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 114, SOUTH GATE, UNIT NO. 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
