Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 27, 2012, in case number 2011-CA-008199-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Barbara J. Lazette is the Plaintiff and Robert C. Goldstein, North South Supply, Inc., a Florida corporation, VFC Partners 1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Florida Department of Revenue, Unknown Tenant 1 and Unknown Tenant 2 are Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 1st day of May, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
From a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Section 18, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, run West 30 feet, thence North parallel to the East line of said Section 18 (being the West line of Monterey Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 120a, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida) 260 feet to an iron pipe for a Point of Beginning; thence West parallel to South line of said Section 18 a distance of 126.5 feet to a concrete monument on the Easterly line of the 120 foot right of way of State Road #683, thence Northerly along road right of way on a curve to the right (radius 1085-92 feet) 50.02 feet to an iron pipe; thence South parallel to said East Line of Section 18, 50 feet to Point of Beginning. Being a part of Lot “C” of a Replat of Blocks “D” and “E” of 5th Addition to Roseland Park (see Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida Plat Book 3, Page 74).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
