JOHN C. HALPIN, a resident of Sarasota County, Florida, who died on Janaury 12, 2012, was the Grantor of a trust entitled: JOHN C. HALPIN REVOCABLE TRUST U/A DTD. 01/20/2006, which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceble claims of the decedent's creditors as provided in the decedent's will.
The name and address of the trustee and the trustee's attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the estate of the Decedent and persons having claims or demands against the Decedent's Estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
All other creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent's Estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
