NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 19th day of April, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 14, Block 325 of FIFTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 33, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
